Spring Tartine



A bright and refreshing spring tartine made with whole grain toast, creamy avocado, juicy cherry tomatoes, and crunchy radishes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 cup of mashed avocado
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Microgreens for garnish

Instructions:

Toast the pieces of bread until they turn golden brown

Cover every piece of toast with mashed avocado

Add cherry tomatoes cut in half and thinly sliced radishes on top

Put lemon juice on top of the toppings

Add salt and pepper, along with chopped fresh basil

Add microgreens as a garnish before serving
