These ice pops combine the tropical flavors of coconut, pineapple, avocado, and banana for a refreshing and creamy treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 can 13
- 5 oz coconut milk
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
Instructions:
Put coconut milk, diced pineapple, avocado, and banana in a blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
Put the mix into molds for ice pops
Put a stick in each mold
Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid
Take them out of the molds and enjoy once they're frozen
