Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional, for thickness
Instructions:
Place spinach, cucumber, avocado, almond milk, honey if using, and vanilla extract in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker consistency
