No Fruit Green Smoothie



This green smoothie is great for people who don't want any fruit but still want something healthy and refreshing. It's a tasty and healthy way to start the day because it's full of greens.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional, for thickness

Instructions:

Place spinach, cucumber, avocado, almond milk, honey if using, and vanilla extract in a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker consistency

Pour into a glass and serve immediately
