BBQ Pork Rinds



These BBQ pork rinds are a perfect keto-friendly snack that satisfies your craving for something crunchy and savory. They are super low in carbs and packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pork rinds
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Toss the pork rinds in olive oil in a bowl until they are well covered

Put sugar-free BBQ seasoning on top of the pork rinds and toss them again so that they are covered all over

Lay the pork rinds out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Bake for five to seven minutes, or until golden and crispy

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down before you serve
