Cheesy Bacon Burger Pull Apart Bread



A delicious and indulgent appetizer or snack that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger in a pull-apart bread form. Perfect for sharing with friends and family at parties or gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 round loaf of bread
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F

Slice off the top of the round loaf of bread and remove the center, leaving a shell that is about one inch 2

The ground beef should be browned and crumbled while cooking it in a skillet over medium heat

Remove any extra fat

Combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, diced onions, and crumbled bacon in a bowl

To make the sauce, put the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a different bowl

Spoon some of the sauce into the hollowed-out loaf of bread

Place the beef and bacon mixture inside the bread loaf

Over the mixture, drizzle the remaining sauce

Cover the filled bread loaf with foil and place it on a baking sheet

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bread is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted, in a preheated oven

Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool slightly
