Ingredients:
- 1 pound of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Toss to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly with the seasoning mixture
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly crispy, tossing them halfway through for even cooking
